Came here after seeing YouTube influencer Mikey Chen post a video of the Smoked Brisket Pho and the Bone marrow broth side. So come on now, I had to try it for myself. So jumped in the car and 1 hour and 15 mins later we were here to see what this hype and fuss was all about... The place is clean and service was fast for the bowls of noods. Ordered the Lychee Tea and the Brisket Pho with the 5 dolla side of bone marrow broth that I and a buddy added to our soup.. A side of spring rolls and the shrimp donuts. The flavor of the broth before adding the sirracha was so good. The Smokeiness of Brisket didn't overpower the dish and the quantity of it was perfect. The white pho noodles were cook perfectly and had a touch of a chew whichi really liked . It was a beautiful thung and very delicious too. I Highly recommend it. The shrimp donuts and spring rolls were good but didn't touch me inside like the above-mentioned bowl of pho. The Lychee Tea was really good too. My only complaint was that we didn't get our drinks until we were almost done with our bowls. I drank that tea all the way back to Salinas with a warm heart and a fond memory of that amazing bowl of Pho. Pho Sj, I have

Restaurant was recommended to me by friends & certainly didn't disappoint. I got the PhΖ‘ DuΓ΄i BΓ² with fresh noodles & it was just what I was craving. The flavor was perfect for me, added some plum sauce & lime. Got their shrimp donuts (double the size of their egg rolls) & they delicious, plenty of meat inside. We got there at a great time, no wait on a Wednesday evening.

Top tier pho restaurant in San Jose (which has a high standard). They broth is hearty and clean. They don’t skimp on the proteins and veggies. Spring rolls could be fresher, but no complaints on the actual pho itself.

I visited outside of peak hours to avoid the lines. While the food itself was delicious, I’m giving 3 stars because of one specific reason: the cleanliness of the cutlery. As you can see in the photo, all the spoons were dirty. There was dried food residue on them, and when I scraped it with my nail, it actually came off. If this hygiene issue is improved, this would be a Pho restaurant I’d truly love and recommend.
